Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. QuantumLeek does not store, process, or have access to your credit card details. Stripe collects and processes payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance standards.

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service, process subscription payments, generate AI content based on your prompts, display your profile and published articles, send service-related notifications (such as article processing updates), improve our AI models and platform features, and communicate with you about your account or policy changes.

We share data only with: Stripe for payment processing, AI service providers (OpenRouter, Z.AI) to generate your requested content, and law enforcement when required by applicable law. Your published articles are publicly visible to other users and visitors.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We may use analytics tools to understand platform usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Published articles and associated data are retained while published. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, though anonymized analytics data may be retained. AI generation prompts may be retained for up to 90 days for quality improvement purposes.
